Peter Kloehn is an artist and college professor who has taught art history (specializing in postmodern art) for over 40 years. His original website design faced two main problems: the homepage biography was too long for viewers to easily digest, and his artwork—including his book, The Altar Book—was not given enough prominence, with images displayed too small and the book listed last on the Publications page.
I broke up the biography into shorter, more readable sections on the homepage and created a dedicated page for The Altar Book to better highlight and generate interest in this key work. Additionally, I brightened the website’s overall design and improved the layout to make information easier to read and navigate.
